Prime Minister Modi asserted that for the smooth development of Bihar, NDA government under Nitish Kumar is required.People in the state have decided that those who have a history of making Bihar 'Bimaru' will not be allowed to return, Modi said in a swipe at the RJD-led opposition. It is to be noted that 'BIMARU' is an acronym for Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, which was used to refer to the 'poor economic conditions' of these states.
In his second address in Gaya Prime Minister Modi talked about the problem of naxals . He said in the last few years, a lot of effort & strict actions have been taken to limit the activities of Naxals in the country. Naxal presence has now been restricted to limited areas.
"The opposition parties have formed a 'pitara' against NDA, they call it 'Mahagathbandhan'. But each and every citizen of Bihar is aware of every bit of that Mahagathbandhan which allowed naxal movement in the past," he said while addressing his second rally of the day.

Prime Minister Modi is scheduled to hold three rallies today at Sasaram, Gaya and Bhagalpur - to seek votes for the National Democratic Alliance while Rahul Gandhi will be addressing two rallies at Hisua in Nawada and Kahalgaon in Bhagalpur district and will seek votes for the Grand Alliance.
