Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) ascended to power with a majority seat win in Delhi Assembly Elections 2020. Based on the promises of progress and anti-corruption, AAP was able to complete a successful full-term and it appears that a similar pattern is emerging fo their second term as well.

As per Delhi Government’s socio-economic survey, conducted between November 2018 and November 2019, reveals there is a high usage of public transport and dependency on the government hospital for the general population is as high as 73%.

Government Over Private Hospitals

The high reliability of people in government's hospital comes as a positive boost for the Delhi government as it is already engaged in an uphill battle against the deadly coronavirus.

Meanwhile, Delhi recorded 161 fresh coronavirus cases on Monday according to the latest bulletin issued by the Delhi health department. With this, the tally of COVID-19 cases in the national capital reached over 6.32 lakh, while the death toll mounted to 10,754. Eight fatalities have been recorded in the last 24 hours.
