As early electoral trends signalled a BJP advantage across three states, the opposition I.N.D.I.A bloc has decided to meet on December 6 in Delhi. Earlier, the Opposition parties' I.N.D.I.A bloc held its first coordination committee meeting on September 13, in New Delhi. This initial gathering aimed to foster unity and coherence among opposition parties, recognising the necessity for a unified and structured approach amidst the ruling party's escalating influence.

On December 6, a crucial meeting regarding the upcoming Lok Sabha elections will take place in Delhi. Leaders from fourteen major parties forming the INDIA alliance are expected to attend this significant gathering, set to be held in the evening at the residence of Congress President Kharge.

The pivotal discussion has been preceded by Congress President Kharge's outreach to the leaders of allied parties, signalling the importance and urgency of the impending assembly.

Sources suggest that the meeting will potentially focus on intricate matters such as seat allocation among the alliance members. This strategic dialogue aims to pave the way for a unified and formidable front in the upcoming national elections.

In light of recent developments underscoring the BJP's stronghold across multiple states, the forthcoming meeting scheduled for December 6 assumes paramount significance. Its agenda is expected to encompass a wide array of crucial subjects, ranging from dissecting electoral outcomes to appraising the BJP's burgeoning dominance. Additionally, strategies to counter the ruling party's momentum and refine the collaborative approach among opposition factions will be under scrutiny.
