Adityanath's decision to ban pan masala should be taken in right spirit: BJP

Mumbai: Hailing newly-elected Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s directive to ban pan masala in the government offices, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday said the decision was a positive step and should be taken in the correct perspective. "This is a very positive step taken by Yogi Adityanath where he says that the bureaucrats should not be spitting all over the place. Consumption of hazardous products like tobacco and pan parag not just litters the environment, but is also bad for health. It is very positive step and it should be taken in the right perspective," BJP leader Shaina N.C. said.
