Fifth edition of much awaited gaming competition brings bigger prize pool, more games and a chance for winners to visit Taiwan.

New Delhi: The most awaited Taiwan Excellence Gaming Cup (TEGC) will soon kick off in India. In its fifth year, TEGC 2018 will offer a versatile collection of games including PubG along with Dota2 and CS GO. The field will officially be laid out on July 16 as the elimination rounds for the pan India championship begin with an impressive line-up of cities including Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata. The grand finale will take place in Mumbai on October 19thand 20th, which will see a total of 8 CS GO teams and 8 DOTA 2 teams. Prizes for winning gamers • Taiwan Excellence will give the finale winners of DOTA 2 and CS GO the golden opportunity to fly to Taiwan to witness the best of technology first-hand. • The winners will get a chance like never before to visit the country that is the ultimate destination for gaming and get a personal experience of the technology. • This year, TEGC will challenge gamers to battle it out for the most coveted cup and winners will take home a cumulative cash prize of Rs.10 Lakh.
