During the probe, Charlie described himself as a resident of Tibet, but when further interrogation revealed different details. According to the sources of ABP News, Charlie stated that his mother was first married to a man living in Tibet, China, and when Charlie was only eight months old, his mother remarried to Li Peng, a resident of China. She settled in Xinasu, China, where Charlie's second father worked in auto spare parts. Other documents recovered included fake address, fake passport whereas intelligence documents revealed his identity. Charlie's real name is Luo Sang and son of Thung Sa, a resident of Jaifang Road Baxia Nanjing Xinasu China. Not only this, but Charlie had also a forged passport from Manipur with his fake name. On this passport, his mother's name is written as Droma Peng and this passport is of Manipur Passport Office. This passport was to expire on September 30, 2028. Not only this, after coming to India, he forged two Aadhaar cards and a PAN card to keep his identity under wraps. A senior official of the investigating agency said Charlie had also tried to get his passport from Delhi but he did not succeed because the passport form from Delhi was canceled. After this, he married a new girl who came to his office and got a fake passport from Manipur. Charlie had started a company called Sunhera Bird Pvt. Ltd. Why led investigating agencies to suspect Charlie is a Chinese spy? According to the facts that came to light during the interrogation of Charlie, Charlie stayed with his father in China when he was growing up, but according to Charlie, his eyesight started getting worse when he was in the third grade, due to which he could not complete his studies. As per Charlie's statements, when he grew up, he returned to Tibet where he started a business of Chinese medicine. Charlie then mysteriously arrived in Kathmandu with six Tibetans and stayed at the Gelung Monastery in Kathmandu. Charlie states in his statements that he lived in a monastery in Nepal from 2009 to 2014. In fact, the probe points out to a larger conspiracy. According to Charlie, after this, he came to Delhi from Kathmandu and started living near Majnu's mound on the basis of the papers he had made for himself from the Nepali Monastery in Kathmandu. He opened a company called Sunhera Bird Pvt. Ltd. in Gurgaon and through this company, he started hawala transactions. According to a senior official involved in the investigation, Charlie's entire statements contained statements about living in a monastery in China, raising suspicions about how Charlie, who runs a Chinese pharmaceutical business, suddenly stayed in the monastery for so many years. Investigative agencies suspect that Charlie was sent to monitor the Dalai Lama and his associates, the head of the exiled Tibetan government, but no concrete evidence has been found. According to intelligence sources, when Charlie was first questioned, he denied knowing English, Hindi or Buddhist. An expert in Chinese was called in for questioning. Investigative agencies are now trying to find out how far Charlie's network was spread and who he was in contact with at the Chinese embassy. At the same time how he managed the hawala business. Many important revelations are likely to be made during the investigation in which many Indian officials may also be involved.
