President Murmu On Three-Day Visit To Karnataka, First After Assuming Office
President Draupadi Murmu will be visiting Karnataka from 26 to 28 September to attend various events, according to a statement issued by the Rashtrapati Bhavan on Sunday.
This will be President Murmu's first visit to Karnataka after assuming office, the statement said.
She will inaugurate the Dussehra festival in Mysuru on Monday, after which she will attend the 'Poura Sanmana' award ceremony organised by the Hubli-Dharwad Municipal Corporation in Hubballi on the same day, Rashtrapati Bhavan said.
According to the statement, the President will inaugurate the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) in Dharwad.
Rajnath Singh To Visit Himachal On Monday
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will visit Kangra in Himachal Pradesh on Monday and attend a ceremony to honor the families of soldiers who laid down their lives in the service of the country.
In a tweet on Sunday, the minister said, "Tomorrow, 26th September, I will be visiting Badoli, Kangra in Himachal Pradesh. Shall attend the felicitation ceremony of the families of our brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives while serving the nation. Look forward to it."
In another tweet, he paid tribute to Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ideologue Deendayal Upadhyay.
The Defense Minister shared a short video clip showing Upadhyay's legacy through archival images and a recorded video message.
CUET-PG Result To Be Declared At 4 PM: UGC Chairman Jagadesh Kumar
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will declare the result of the Common University Entrance Test Postgraduate (CUET PG) 2022 tomorrow, September 26.
Candidates who appeared in the entrance exam can check and download the CUET PG scorecard by visiting the official website cuet.nta.nic.in.
The date of CUET PG Result 2022 has been announced by the Chairman of UGC, Mamidala Jagdish Kumar on his official Twitter handle. The tweet read, "National Testing Agency (NTA) will declare CUET-PG results on 26 September (Monday) by 4 pm, required for Post-graduate admissions in the participating universities. Best wishes to all the students."
