Priyanka Gandhi, Dimple Yadav To Hold Road Show In Varanasi On Saturday
Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav's wife Dimple Yadav are scheduled to conduct a joint road show in Varanasi on Saturday to support I.N.D.I.A bloc candidate Ajay Rai.
As per PTI, Congress spokesperson Shailendra Singh stated that the roadshow is to commence from Durgakund temple and conclude after offering prayers at Ravidas Temple.
During the roadshow, Priyanka Gandhi and Dimple Yadav will also lay garlands at the statue of Madan Mohan Malviya at Singhdwar of Kashi Hindu University. The event is set to commence at 4 pm.
Varanasi district Congress leader Raghavendra Choubey outlined that upon arrival from Babatpur airport, Priyanka Gandhi and Dimple Yadav might visit Baba Shri Kashi Vishwanath before the roadshow.
Delhi Records High Of 41.7 Deg Celsius, Mercury Likely To Reach 44 Deg Celsius On Saturday
India Meteorological Department (IMD) confirmed that the national capital experienced a high temperature of 41.7 degrees Celsius on Friday, slightly above the usual for this season.
According to PTI, IMD has issued a 'yellow' alert for Saturday, expecting temperatures to rise to a maximum of 44 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 31 degrees Celsius. However, there is no forecast for a heat wave.
The Met office uses a four-tiered color-coded warning system: green (no action required), yellow (stay updated), orange (be prepared), and red (take immediate action). On Friday, Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 30.8 degrees Celsius, four degrees higher than the seasonal norm, with relative humidity ranging from 42 percent to 60 percent throughout the day.
Saturday is anticipated to see predominantly clear skies with surface winds blowing at speeds of 25 to 35 kilometers per hour during the day. Additionally, remote areas may experience warm nights.

2 Naxalites Killed In Encounter With Police In Chhattisgarh, Weapons Recovered
2 Naxalites were killed in an encounter between police and Naxals in the forest of Jappemarka and Kamkanar under Mirtur PS limits of Chhattisgarh. Weapons, wireless sets, stooges, Maoist uniforms, medicines, propaganda materials of the banned Maoist organisation, literature, and other daily use materials were recovered from the spot. Breaking News Live: Independent MLA Rakesh Daulatabad Dies Of Heart Attack In Gurugram
Independent MLA Rakesh Daulatabad from the Badshahpur assembly constituency died of a heart attack on Saturday morning, police said. The 45-year-old MLA suffered a heart attack in the morning and was taken to a private hospital.
He died during treatment at Manipal Hospital in Palam Vihar Gurugram.
