Russian Foreign Minister To Visit India
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is scheduled to pay an official two-day visit to India on Thursday, said the External Affairs Ministry on Wednesday. The Russian Foreign Minister will pay a visit for the first time since Moscow launched its military offensive against Ukraine on February 24.
Sergei's visit to comes India after several high-ranking personalities visited India in the past few weeks including Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, US Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland and the Foreign Ministers of Austria and Greece.
Russia-Ukraine Conflict
US President Joe Biden announced $500 million more In Aid For Ukraine After Talks With President Zelensky on Wednesday, said the White House.
“President Biden informed President Zelensky that the US intends to provide Ukraine with $500mn in direct budgetary aid. He also reviewed additional sanctions & humanitarian aid announced last week. Pres Zelensky updated Pres Biden on the status of Ukraine’s negotiations with Russia,” the White House said.
Bihar Board Class 10th Result
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will announce the BSEB Matric, or Class 10, board exam result on Thursday (March 31) at 1 pm. The Class 10 results will be available on the official websites biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in, onlinebseb.in.
Students can download their mark sheets using their roll number and/or registration number from the above mentioned sites. The exam was conducted between February 17 and 24.
A total of 16,48,894 students appeared for the Class 10 board exam this year. The exam went smoothly apart from an incident in which the Math paper was leaked on February 17. The Bihar Board later re-conducted the cancelled Class 10 Math paper in Motihari district.
Covid-19 Cases In India
India reported 1,233 fresh cases of Covid-19 on Wednesday in the last 24 hours. 1,876 cases were reported recovered while 31 people succumbed to the infection in the same period. Active caseload of the country stood at 14,704.
So far, 183.82 crores of vaccine doses have been administered to the people under the national inoculation drive.
