BJP MLA Malati Rava Roy Appointed As New National Vice-President Of BJP Mahila Morcha

Malati is one of the few women MLA of BJP in Bengal but her selection and appointment sends a message to women leadership of Bengal, specially from tribal areas of north Bengal.

Kolkata: BJP MLA of Tufanganj, Malati Rava Roy has been appointed as the new National Vice-President of BJP Mahila Morcha. 

The appointment was done by the  National Party President, J.P. Nadda, who alongside Rava Roy, appointed few other elected women as Vice Presidents from different states of the country and formed a working team. Besides Rava Roy, there are 6 Vice-Presidents, 3 National Secretaries, and 7 National Secretaries.

Vanathi Srinivasan, National President of BJP Mahila Morcha tweeted, congratulating all the new appointees.

Former TMC heavyweight and current BJP MLA from Nandigram, Suvendu Adhikari also congratulated Rava Roy on her appointment.

Malati is one of the few women MLAs of BJP in Bengal but her selection and appointment sends a message to women leadership of the state, specially from tribal areas of north Bengal.
