The swearing in ceremony for Narendra Modi and his council of ministers is underway at the Rashtrapati Bhawan which is also attended by various Bollywood celebrities including Karan Johar, Kangana Ranaut, Rajinikanth, Asha Bhosle, Shahid Kapoor and others.
