The Mecca Masjid in Hyderabad is one of the largest and oldest mosques in India. Muhammad Quli Qutub Shah, the fifth king of the Qutub Shahi Dynasty, ordered the construction of this venerated shrine in 1614, and it was finished in 1694. Meenakshi Amman Temple, Madurai:
The brightly painted ceilings of the Meenakshi Temple are a pleasure to the eyes and every photographer once in life wishes to capture them. A prominent example of Dravidian architecture, a type of Hindu architecture popular in India's southern provinces, is the Meenakshi Temple. The temple is dedicated to 33,000 sculptures, 14 gopurams (gateway towers), and two golden-sculpted vimanas, which are the towers above the shrine. With a height of 170 feet, the southern gopuram is the tallest of them all.
