3. Edakkal Caves:

Two naturally occurring alcoves known as the Edakkal Caves are situated in Kerala's Wayanad district. Due to its Neolithic, or late Stone Age, engravings, the caverns are significant historically and archaeologically. The Edakkal Caves are actually rocks that are improbably jammed between two enormous stones that provide the impression of caves. Animal and human figures are carved into the walls, some of which are blurry but most of them are distinct. Given how long they have lasted, the quality of the sculptures is even more astounding.
