New Delhi: The body of a 6-year old girl was found in a cooking vessel in Salem, Tamil Nadu. According to reports, the girl was allegedly raped before being killed by a 17-year old boy who lived in the same neighbourhood. The boy who was a school drop out had lured the girl with the help of sweets into his home. Where he allegedly assaulted her and later, strangled her out of fear. The teenager stuffed the body of the girl in a cooking vessel in his home and covered it with a lid before he placed that vessel in his pooja room. The police traced the boy after the girl's father told them that she had been seen walking with the boy.
