The Indian Chutney, which collectively holds the 42nd position on the list, is described by TasteAtlas as "India's national condiments," consisting of fresh homemade relishes made from pickled or stewed fruits and vegetables, cut into small chunks, and seasoned with spices such as cumin, cardamom, tamarind, ginger, and turmeric. These chutneys come in a myriad of textures and flavours, ranging from refreshing and cool to spicy and tangy, making them an essential part of Indian cuisine that can complement any meal.

Apart from this, coriander chutney, ranked 47th, is celebrated for its vibrant green colour and refreshing taste. This chutney is made from fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves, often blended with mint, lime, and chilies to create a perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy flavors.
