Pradosh Vrat 2021 Ashadha Shukla Paksha July: Pradosh Vrat holds a special place in Hinduism. Pradosh Vrat is for the worship of lord Shiva, as there are two Ekadashi Tithis every month and it is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. When is the Pradosh Vrat of Ashadh Shukla Paksha From?
The Trayodashi Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Ashadh month will start from 4:06 pm on Wednesday, July 21, till 1:32 pm on the next day, July 22. Since the time of Pradosh Kaal is from 07:18 PM to 09:22 PM on 21st July. Therefore, Pradosh Vrat is kept on 21st July.
Pradosh Vrat worship method
On the day of Pradosh Vrat, get up early in the morning and wear clean clothes after taking bath. If you want to observe Pradosh Vrat, then take a vow of fasting at the place of worship. After this, perform Lord Shiva's jalabhishek with Gangajal. Light the lamp and offer flowers and other worship materials. It would be great to worship Bholenath as well as Mother Parvati and Lord Ganesha on this day. Perform aarti to Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati. At the end distribute Prasad.
