Situated on the banks of river Gomti in the state of Gujarat, this temple of Dwarkadhish is dedicated to Lord Krishna. It is considered to be one of the four holy shrines of Lord Narayana, along with Badrinath, Rameshwaram, and Jagannath Puri. It is believed that it was the capital of Lord Krishna in Dwapar Yuga.

It is also known as 52 Gaj Dhwaja. It is the only temple in India where a 52-yard flag is hoisted thrice a day.
