So today here are some tips on how to make a market-like crispy dosa on an iron pan at home:

- If you want to make dosa on an iron pan, first clean the pan thoroughly. Oil or dirt residue should not be there on the pan.

- Now slow down the gas and heat the pan and put 1 teaspoon of oil on it. Turn off the gas when it gets heated up. In this way, you can make dosa on an iron pan as it is made on a non-stick pan.

- Now let the pan cool down. While making the dosa, apply oil to a pan and heat it a little on a low flame.

- Now wipe the oil with a tissue paper or wet cloth and clean it.

- Sprinkle some water on the pan and your pan is ready for making dosa.

- If you have difficulty in flipping the dosa, then dip the spoon in a little water and then flip the dosa. This way you can easily flip the dosa.

- You can dip half the chopped onion in oil and rub it on the pan. This will make your dosa very crispy.

- If your dosa is still sticking, take a little flour on the pan and clean it well.

- If you are making dosa on a non-stick pan, heat the pan once, then let it cool down, and then make dosa on it. This will make the dosa thin and crispy.
