Actor-Vlogger Debina Bonnerjee Shares Her Post Pregnancy Experience Towards Fitness

Debina demonstrates her workout routine in the video, which included various yoga asanas followed by fast walking. Diet is an important aspect of your exercise routine.

Getting back in shape after pregnancy and childbirth is a long and difficult journey. Women frequently ignore their health and fitness as they devote their full time and energy to caring for their newborn. Debina Bonnerjee, who gave birth to her second baby in November, often updates her fans on her post-pregnancy journey. In line with the same, the actor-vlogger posted her 'first few steps towards fitness following pregnancy'.

"Many people have told me that I have lost a lot of weight. A lot of the pregnancy weight has vanished. A little bit of the healing weight...you know the uterus is shrinking and healing is continuing. But this weight I've lost on my own isn't what I'm talking about," she stated in a video posted to her YouTube channel, Debina Decodes.

"I want to return back to what I was," Debina said, referring to pre-pregnancy photographs that flashed on the screen in the video. If I can be this and begin my fitness journey in this direction, I'll get someplace. "I'm not sure if I'll make it or not."

The 39-year-old emphasised the significance of maintaining a positive mindset in order to stay fit. "With a positive mindset and the correct intent, you will undoubtedly be able to do it. The mindset is the first step. As a mother, I understand how tough it is to find time for oneself. Most days, I don't feel like going for a walk downstairs. But then I think, if I lose myself and stop caring about my fitness, my children will suffer. A fit mother can raise fit children."

Debina weighs herself as she prepares to begin her training for the day, and the scale reads 73.3 kgs. "I will now put my weight in front of you all so that nothing is hidden. I'll weigh myself later today. I'm not sure how the voyage will go in a few days or months. However, it will be right in front of you. Let's see where this path takes me. It is not something that will go gone easy. That's a lot! I was usually 56 kg, and now I'm 73 kg, a 17 kg increase."

She then revealed that her c-section delivery was 45 days ago and that she is now allowed to exercise. "Don't begin with a strenuous workout right soon. Begin with something you enjoy. Also, always pay attention to your body. "If your body is telling you something, simply listen to it," she advised.

Debina demonstrates her workout routine in the video, which included various yoga asanas followed by fast walking. Diet is an important aspect of your exercise routine. Anika Parashar, licenced birth educator, doula, and lactation consultant, stated that a woman's body changes significantly after childbirth.
