Several areas are waterlogged resulting in traffic snarls in Karnataka's Bengaluru due to incessant rains wreaking havoc on Sunday night. Although a few IT companies have permitted their employees to Work From Home, many people faced tough time reaching offices and schools due to traffic being hit for several kilometers.
Several communities have been waterlogged as tractors and boats were seen on roads submerged in water. Traffic police in several parts of the city have sounded warning for slow traffic movement.

A Twitter user, Kamran took the pathetic condition of the waterlogged roads to his handle and wrote, "Thank you CM of Karnataka Basavaraj Bommai you have developed our city to European Standards. Now Indiranagar has started to look like Venice. Please increase your corruption from 50% to 100% we will then be Venice for 365 days. Now this pleasure is only short lived."
Another Twitter user, Anant Patil put up a video and said, "Citizens rescue BMTC bus at Whitefield Main Road."
Twitter user Madhu M, took a visual of man saved as he was getting drowned in rain water on Bengaluru roads after incessant rainfall hit the city.
Swati, a Twitter user tagged CM of Karnataka and posted a video of current situation of Belandur lake.
Pruthvin Reddy wrote, "When whole Bangalore is playing how can Manyata not in match.."
A Twitter user, Anirban Sanyal wrote, "State of affairs in Bengaluru Airport today. I feel like crying seeing the state of infra in India. This is beyond shame."
Another user Deepak Bopanna put out a video and wrote "Inflatable boats pressed into service to rescue people in Varthur, Balagere-Panathur road near Sekhar Bellevue apartment."
Twitter user, Gautam took a video while wading through the waterlogged roads at Sunny Brooks Layout in Sarjapur road.
HAL airport traffic police station wrote, "Our officer Tukaram and staffs Mr jagdeesh,Adharsh,Sangamesh and Manjappa cleared the water logging in spice garden, now traffic movement is faster towards kundanahalli."
