Interestingly, scores of students staged a sit-in at the main gate on Friday and Saturday, protesting against the university administration and the hostel management. Students were staging a protest against alleged molestation of a first-year student. A boarder from the hostel was allegedly touched inappropriately by three bike-borne men.
