RBI To Shortly Issue Rs 50 Denomination Banknotes With Motif Of Hampi With Chariot On Reverse

"All banknotes in the denomination of Rs. 50 issued by the Reserve Bank in the earlier series will continue to be legal tender," said RBI.

In other words, it will depict country’s cultural heritage.

Rs 50 denomination banknotes will have the motif of Hampi with Chariot on the reverse.
