Former Ranbaxy Director arrested for selling mortgage property
New Delhi [India], Oct. 25 (ANI): The Economic Offence Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police on Wednesday arrested former Ranbaxy Director Manjit Singh for selling an expensive property which was mortgaged.
Singh was produced in Patiala House court, after which he was remanded to 14-day judicial custody.
The deal was signed in Rs 254 crore with a mobile manufacturer Ashok Gupta, who is the CMD of Optiemus Infracom.
The property was located in Delhi's Prithviraj Road. (ANI)
