But sometimes it is seen that parents are tall but the height of the children remains short. This is not because of genetics or hormone growth but there can be many other reasons for it. Here are some tips that can significantly increase children's possibility of growing height.

Exercise is necessary

It is very important for children to exercise in the morning. Although children don't like to wake up in the early morning you'll have to work a little harder for the kids. In exercise, you can get children to do stretching, jumping, and running. Cycling is also necessary for children's good growth. You must get the children cycling in the morning and evening.

How to take care of healthy diet 

If the children's diet is right, their height increases, and they look active along with healthy. Therefore, special care should be taken for the children's diet from childhood. Let's know what to feed to children for their growth.

  • Feed the children soaked gram in water. You can add onion, tomato, and chaat masala to make it tasty and give it to the children.
  • Do feed milk and milk items to children such as curd, butter, cheese, etc. Milk is rich in calcium which strengthens bones and helps in their growth.
  • You can give mushrooms, cheese, soya, almonds, and oranges to children for this.
  • Make egg and green vegetable soup for children.

Sleep is very important
It is important to get plenty of sleep for good body growth. Our body's growth hormones work well after sleep. Therefore, before putting children to sleep, keep these things in mind

  • Children should wear loose clothes for good sleep.
  • Wash their hands and mouth before putting them to sleep.
  • For good sleep, the bed needs to be clean and comfortable.
