Covid Hair Fall: Experiencing Hair Loss After Recovery From Coronavirus? Know How To Prevent It

Hair loss is a very common problem in people who have recovered from corona. If you're also facing this problem, we're going to tell you about the causes and how to prevent it.

New Delhi: People are facing a variety of health problems after recovering from the coronavirus infection. Patients who recovered from corona are now reporting health problems like fatigue, difficulty in breathing, heart problems, depression, and stress. At the same time, hair loss is a common problem arising among corona recovered patients. It has been observed that this problem is reported more after the second wave of the corona.  

Many people recovering from corona have observed hair breakage and hair loss after taking a shower or after brushing hair. According to experts, problems related to hair loss and hair fall have increased after the second wave of the corona. 

After how many days of Covid recovery did hair fall start?

According to doctors, the problem persists for at least two to three months after recovering from the corona. This problem can be prevented quickly if it is identified early on. It takes one to two months to treat the problem of hair loss from the time the patient consults a doctor. The right treatment stops hair loss completely in two months. Depression and stress are the main causes of hair loss after corona as per experts.

How to prevent Hair Loss?

- Start your day with an oil massage in the morning as soon as you get up. It will be very effective in making your hair healthy. - To pull the oil, first, take one to two teaspoons of oil in the mouth and keep it in the mouth for 2 to 4 minutes. - Then rinse your mouth after a while. - In a few days it will prevent your hair loss.

- Take care of food
- The beginning of the day should be extremely good. - Remember balanced food will help you recover quickly. - It infuses energy into the body and keeps us healthy. - You can also drink turmeric milk, tulsi, fennel, ginger brew, cardamom, or cinnamon tea. - Eat a balanced diet and relax well during the day.

- Light exercise is essential
- If you are suffering from hair loss, include exercise and pranayama in your daily routine. This will speed up your recovery and relieve you of hair loss.
