WATCH | Neena Gupta Bashes Trolls For Judging Women On Their Clothes

Actress Neena Gupta recently posted a video on social media in which she rips against people who criticise women's fashion choices.

New Delhi: When it comes to fashion, veteran actress Neena Gupta has zero tolerance for people being judged on the basis of their clothes. Recently, Neena uploaded a video on Instagram in which she encourages people to avoid judging others based on how they dress.

Neena Gupta posted a short video on her Instagram account on March 14th wearing a plunging neck slip dress.

Addressing the trolls, she pointed to the dress she was wearing and remarked, "Let me tell you that I have done MPhil in Sanskrit and have done many other amazing things in life, so we should stop criticising others." she stated in Hindi.

The video has received many views in a short period. Actress Anushka Sharma posted a heart-shaped symbol in the comments.

Last year, Neena was chastised for making a personal visit to Gulzar's residence, clad in white and blue shirt-shorts. In an interview with ET Times, Neena admitted that, “I fail to understand when anybody writes that I have been trolled for this. It’s plain rubbish.”

Numerous other celebrities have also spoken up about a similar issue in the past. Among the most recent is Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who turned to Instagram to share a note for people who mocked her and criticised her outfit to an event.

On the work front, Neena and her daughter will be next seen together in the second season of Masaba Masaba.
