New Delhi: Both fans and media outlets are abuzz with actor Sudhanshu Pandey's sudden and shocking exit from the hit TV drama ‘Anupamaa’. Rumours of a possible rift between Pandey and co-star Rupali Ganguly have been circulating since the announcement. Rupali Ganguly has added gasoline to the fire by posting a cryptic message on social media.

On Friday, Rupali Ganguly posted a Sadhguru quote about dealing with "nasty people" to her Instagram. The cryptic post reads: "If someone is nasty to you, first try love. If that does not work, compassion. If that does not work, distance." 

Meanwhile, Sudhanshu Pandey still hasn't explained why he quit Rajan Shahi's show.

Fans are still trying to figure out what happened, with many speculating that Rupali Ganguly's note was a subtle nod to the turmoil that's been going on between them.

When asked about the same, Sudhanshu Pandey told News18, “My reaction is, ‘Why don’t you come to the sets and watch?’ Simple as that. You’ll know what happens on the sets. It’s absolute fun all the time. We are always running around, poking fun at each other, cracking jokes. There is a very childlike atmosphere on the sets. We are always having fun nonstop. When you read something about rifts and fights, it’s good for entertainment. They say they have heard a rumour, I say when you hear a rumour, that will be a rumour because it’s only a rumour. A rumour is an answer to your question itself."
