When 'Patiala Babes' actress Hunar Gandhi thought her acting career had come to an END

Before starting to shoot this sequence, all the cast along with the director and writer came together to explain to Ashnoor the meaning and reality factors and symptoms of depression. Even her parents stepped in to help her understand. Also, her mother did exhaustive research with Ashnoor to help her understand what a person goes through when in depression.

Ashnoor’s complete understanding of the emotion and feelings during this phase of shoot was to primarily focus in bringing out the correct expressions and body language while in character. Paridhi Sharma who plays mother to Ashnoor in the show made sure that the whole sequence of depression doesn’t affect Ashnoor in any way.

Speaking about the same, Paridhi, she said, “Shooting for the depression sequence with Ashnoor was our utmost concern and we dealt with her in the best possible way.  I am acquainted with few couples who got separated due to different reasons and the major affect came on to their children. While taking such a big decision of parting ways, parents tend to ignore their kids which leads them to a state of depression.

"Losing faith and giving up hope is easy, but we should rather fight it and live it with joy. Things happen, parting ways, failure, sadness, but in the end that’s life, Live it till it lasts, ” she added.
