Not Ranveer Singh, But Ranbir Kapoor To Grace 'Nach Baliye 9' Premiere Episode With Deepika Padukone?

Since 'Nach Baliye 9' will also feature ex-couple, the makers are in talks with exes Ranbir Kapoor & Deepika Padukone for the show's premiere episode.

'Nach Baliye 9' is finally set to hit the TV screens in July amid huge buzz as ex-couples will be seen participating in the popular dance reality show along with real life much-in-love couples. The makers of 'Nach Baliye 9', produced by Salman Khan, are planning for a grand premiere which will be hosted by 'Nach Baliye 8' winners Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya. Recently, there was a buzz that Deepika Padukone & Ranveer Singh might grace the premiere episode of  ‘Nach Baliye 9'. Ranveer-Deepika (Photo: Instagram) However, the latest reports suggest that, the makers are planning to rope in Ranbir Kapoor with ex-girlfriend Deepika Padukone for the show's premiere episode. Speaking about the same, sources told India Forums, "The makers have approached Ranbir Kapoor and not Ranveer Singh to grace the premiere with Deepika Padukone as the celebrity guests. Also, there is news that Salman Khan who is also Producer of the show will also be coming for the first episode. He will be the one who will introduce the Jodi contestants this season." The Bollywood stars as well as makers are yet to react on the same. However, the idea of roping in exes Ranbir-Deepika is a good idea since ex-couples are a part of 'Nach Baliye'. However, Ranbir & Deepika later parted ways and went on to date Katrina Kaif and Ranveer Singh respectively. But, the couple are still friends and worked together in films like 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' and 'Tamasha' post their breakup. Currently, Ranbir is with Alia Bhatt whereas Deepika-Ranveer are happily married. Coming back to 'Nach Baliye 9', the makers have already introduced first two ex-couples - Urvashi Dholakia-Anuj Sachdeva and Madhurima Tuli-Vishal Aditya Singh, in the promos. Real-life TV couples Rubina Dilaik-Abhinav Shukla, Prince Narula-Yuvika Chaudhary among others will also be seen burning the dance floor in the show, as per reports. The other couples who have been approached for the include 'Nimki Mukhiya' actress Bhumika Gurung & beau Keith,  'Bigg Boss 11' couple Puneesh Sharma and Bandgi Kalra, 'Chandragupt Maurya' actor Faisal Khan & Muskaan Kataria, 'Bigg Boss 9' contestants Rochelle Maria Rao & husband Keith Sequeira.
