'Mere Angne Mein' Actress Ekta Gives FIRST Glimpse Of NEWBORN Son As He Takes Afternoon Nap With Daddy Sumeet

Ekta Kaul and Sumeet Vyas welcomed their first child Ved on June 4, 2020.

New Delhi: TV actress Ekta Kaul, who is fondly known for her role in Star Plus’ ‘Mere Angne Mein’, gave birth to a baby boy on June 4, 2020. The actress and her husband Sumeet Vyas are on cloud nine since the arrival of their newborn son. The new parents have named their little bundle of joy Ved Vyas. Sumeet had announced the birth of his son by sharing a post on social media. He wrote, “It’s a boy. Shall be called VED. Mamma and Daddy are acting cliché … smothering the child every few minutes.” Several celebs including Manav Kaul, Gajraj Rao, Nimrat Kaur congratulated the new daddy and mommy in the comments section.

Ekta Kaul took to her Instagram story to share the first glimpse of her newborn son while he slept next to his daddy Sumeet. Although, the new mommy didn’t share Ved’s full picture, we are happy with his small glimpse. Check it out!

Ekta Kaul enjoyed her pregnancy phase to the fullest and she often shared photos, flaunting her baby bump. She announced her pregnancy by posting a cute picture with her hubby. The caption for the post read, "Proudly announcing our new project together. Introducing Jr Vyas Kaul (soon). Directed and Produced by US, Sumeet Vyas and I."

Before the birth of their son, Sumeet had shared a picture of Ekta’s bare bump on the occasion of Mother’s Day 2020.

Ekta and Sumeet tied the knot on September 15, 2018 in the presence of their family members and close friends. Ekta made her small screen debut with Zee TV’s ‘Rab Se Sona Ishq’. She later went on to shows like ‘Bade Ache Lagta Hain’ and ‘Jhalak Dikhla Ja 6’.
