CONFIRMED! Aamna Sharif To Replace Hina Khan As 'Komolika' In 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay'!

Aamna Sharif, who played lead role of 'Kashish' in 'Kahiin Toh Hoga' and is away from TV since a long time, to now play 'Komolika' in 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay'.

Ekta Kapoor's 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay', featuring Parth Samthaan, Erica Fernandes and Karan Singh Grover in lead roles, is one of the most loved daily soaps on TV currently. TV actress Hina Khan won hearts with her portrayal of stylish vamp 'Komolika' in 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay' however she moved out of the show earlier this year to focus on films. As reported earlier, 'Komolika' is making a comeback in the show and makers are looking for Hina Khan's replacement. It would have been easy to stay in my comfort zone and come back with a love story, but that wouldn’t have satiated me as an actor. It’s always a different kind of rush to surprise your audience. So, when I was offered the role of Komolika, I instinctively knew that this is what will challenge me the most as an actor."
