Mumbai: The team handling the official Twitter handle of Mumbai Police deserves a raise for its brilliant advisory posts. Mumbai Police is known for sharing witty and quirky posts to create COVID-19 awareness among the people. They gave a humorous twist to ‘Friends’ reunion in a bid to remind the fans to stay at home to keep the virus at bay. 


Fans from all across the globe are eagerly waiting for the reunion episode of ‘Friends’ where the cast will ‘get back together’ after 17 long years. Mumbai Police’s Twitter shared a screenshot of the teaser and requested the Mumbaikars to reunite with their friends after only ‘the final season of Corona’ ends.

Many users lauded Mumbai Police for using creativity to spread awareness among the people.  Popular TV star Karanvir Bohra wrote, "That’s the coolest tweet ever" while retweeting the post.





Yesterday, the Mumbai Police shared a Harry Potter-inspired advisory post to stress on the importance of wearing double masks. The post featured a scene from ‘Harry Potter and the Deadly Hollows 2’ where Albus Dumbledore and Severus Snape discussed about Lily. 


“Do you solemnly swear to be all good? Make the ‘unbreakable vow’ to double mask and keep safe ‘always’,” the tweet read.  



On a related note, the ‘Friends’ reunion has been titled ‘The One Where They Get Back Together’. The special episode will premiere on HBO Max on May 27, 2021.
