New Delhi: For nearly four years, Sreejita De has been in a committed relationship with Michael Blohm Pape. Boss 16 contestant has shared the details that she has been planning to marry later this year. She has revealed that she would be relocating to Germany within the next few years.
Talking to ETimes, Sreejita said, “We plan to get married in July. We will do a court marriage and then have a church wedding in Michael’s hometown in Germany. Post that, we also plan to have a Bengali wedding in October or November. We may do that in Goa during winter, so that the weather is nice.”
“After we get married, we plan to be in India for three or four years after which we will move to Germany. I will manage my acting career from there and keep coming here every few months,” she added.
Their romance is fascinating to hear about. In describing the first spark, Sreejita stated, “Back in 2019, I was at a restaurant with my friends and I met Michael. He was there with his friends and we smiled at each other. I found him attractive and nice, so I wanted to talk to him. He realised that and came up to me and we had a short conversation. After that we connected and stayed in touch. That’s how it all started.”
Michael had originally planned to stay in India for just a short time in 2018. He had to travel for business. But ever since he met Sreejita, he's decided to remain for a little longer. But, he is looking forward to returning to his hometown soon.
On December 21, 2021, Michael proposed Sreejitain in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
