Bigg Boss 12: Shilpa Shinde says Dipika Kakar can't win the show by taking charge of kitchen

Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 12 has been entertaining the viewers with its drama-packed episodes. The current season of the show has not lived up to the expectations after a phenomenal BB 11, which was won by Shilpa Shinde. The makers of the show, in order to spic up things, are all set to bring two Bigg Boss 11 contestants back. We are talking about Shilpa Shinde and Vikas Gupta. The two small screen celebs grabbed the maximum eyeballs last season and it looks the makers want to capitalize on the same. Shilpa, while talking to a leading daily, talked about Dipika Kakar, returing back to the show with Vikas Gupta and a lot more. The ‘Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai’ actress said that she was surprised when Bigg Boss makers came up with the offer. The Marathi Mulgi said that she asked the producers to bring someone else other than Vikas but they were adamant to pair her with him. Shilpa even revealed her brother’s reaction on her pairing with Vikas. " When my brother (Ashutosh) learnt about it, he joked, ‘Aisa na ho ki saara ghar ek taraf ho jaye and we see you guys fighting again on the show’ (laughs!). I am not going to reveal my plan yet, but it would be fun to trouble him a bit again. Last season, people saw different shades of our equation — from enmity to understanding and then being mature about the past. Outside the house, we have always been respectful towards each other — we are neither friends nor enemies. We have hardly spoken since the show ended, but that applies to every inmate who was with me last season,’’ the ‘Maayka’ actress told Bombay Times. ‘’During the show, Vikas had mentioned that he would like to work with me in the future. I would like to say that I have now fulfilled my promise of working with him again. I don’t think I can work on a project if he is producing it, at least not at the moment," Shilpa further told BT. (Shilpa and Vikas in BB 11) Talking about her favourite contestant, the BB 11 winner said that Sreesanth is a real but she wanted him to enjoy the moment. Shilpa Shinde didn’t mince her words and said that Dipika Kakar needs to come out of her shell. She further called the ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ actress as not real and someone who is mostly pretending. ‘’She should not take her bahu image so seriously. She can’t win a show by just taking charge of the kitchen. I think they have started believing that the one who is busy cooking, ends up winning the show, because I was mostly seen in the kitchen during my season. However, a lot more is required than just that. Unlike her, I was aggressive and didn’t try to be nice from day one,’’ Shilpa told the daily.
