After 'Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki', Ssharad Malhotra to RETURN to TV with THIS Star Bharat show?

Ssharad Malhotra, who was last seen in Colors TV’s ‘Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki’ opposite Kratika Sengar, is one of the most sought after actors on the small screen. Fans have been missing the talented actor ever since KTPK went off air last month. It seems they won’t have to wait much as Ssharad is in talks for a show on Star Bharat. A report in a leading daily suggested that the ‘Banoo Main Teri Dulhann’ actor will play the male lead in Rashmi Sharma’s ‘Muskaan’. The daily soap is all set to go gor a revamp and Malhotra is expected to join the cast post that, the report added. The handsome actor will be introduced as the hero and the new storyline will revolve around him. (Kratika and Ssharad in a still from Kasam) ‘’Ssharad seems to be the perfect choice for the part. He is extremely popular on TV and it will be great to have him on board. We are hoping for things to fall in place, as he, too, has liked his part and the storyline. We are now hunting for the female lead,’’ a source close to the show told Times Of India. Talking about ‘Muskaan’, the show is based on the struggles of a sex worker and her daughter, who faces social boycott due to her mother’s profession. The daily soap features Sonakshi Save and Ariena Dey  in the respective roles of Musakaan Bose and Aarti Bose. The show airs at 9:30pm slot on Star Bharat.
