The ED's line of questioning is revolving around Rhea Chakraborty's income, investments, business and professional deals, and links. Also under the ED's scanner is a property located in the city's Khar area and another in Navi Mumbai, both linked to Rhea, for the source of purchase and ownership. What Rhea's ITRs reveal?
Rhea and her folks are being questioned by the probe agency after Sushant’s father alleged in his FIR that Rhea and her family embezzled an amount of Rs. 15 crores from his deceased son's account in the last year, but as per sources Rhea has presented documents supporting her claim that no amount was borrowed by her from Sushant Singh Rajput’s account.

Rhea Chakraborty’s Income Tax Return of last 4 years interestingly show that Rhea has earned less than Rs 66 lakh, sources have said. These details may raise suspicions over her investments as the house she brought was of ₹ 40 lakhs.
At the same time, it has come to light that her brother Showik Chakraborty did not have crores of amount in his account. On the other hand, Rs 10 crore was stated in Sushant's account, sources said.

Rhea’ statement inconsistent on Rs 15 cr transfer
The mystery over Rs 15 crore siphoning off from Sushant Singh trajput’s account is getting further entangled. As per sources, Rhea’s previous statement on the alleged mishandling of funds from Sushant’s account was ambiguous and was inconsistent with the statement given by her CA as both gave different narratives of the money allegedly withdrawn from Sushant's account. Rhea can now be strictly grilled over the question by the ED in the follow-up today.
Rhea, her brother & father being grilled today
The ED is grilling Chakraborty, her brother Showik Chakraborty, her father Indrajit Chakraborty and her manager Shruti Modi, in another round of questioning on Monday under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) on the basis of Sushant's father's complaint in Patna to question certain financial matters pertaining to his deceased son.
She had first been questioned for over eight hours on Friday.
