Sushant Singh Rajput Case: The Bandra DCP Abhishek Trimukhe who had met CBI officials investigating the Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case around five days ago has tested positive for Coronavirus. Trimukhe who is the DCP of the north zone Mumbai and his entire family have tested positive for the virus. He was a key official in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case and was the official who handed over case material to CBI. FSP Nupur Prasad and his CBI team had discussions with Trimukhe on the case after arriving in Mumbai. Apart from that just five days ago Trimukhe had met again met the CBI team for a few hours. Since being in proximity to an infected person, raises chances of transmission there is now a concern for the CBI team.

Under the circumstances, there is a possibility that the CBI team may have to be kept under quarantine. So will the investigation be paused? Many believe that there has already been a considerable delay in the investigation of the case. So far the team does not show any symptoms.
Rhea Chakraborty was summoned again by the CBI today at 10.30 AM for further questioning. On August 28 the actress was questioned for more than 10 hours. According to sources, Nupur Prasad has recorded the statement of the ‘Jalebi’ actress. Nupur Prasad is the officer leading the team of CBI in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. Other than Rhea, her brother Showik Chakraborty, and SSR’s cook Neeraj and flatmate Siddharth Pithani were also being summoned by the CBI. According to sources of a news channel, brother Showik and Rhea Chakraborty were being questioned separately for checking inconsistencies in their versions.
