New Delhi: Legendary Indian film director SS Rajamouli has shocked audiences by revealing a secret talent—he can dance. A video of the director's infectious energy on the dance floor during his nephew Sri Simha's pre-wedding party has recently become viral.


The viral video shows Rajamouli and his wife, Rama Rajamouli, dancing enthusiastically to the audience's delight as they match steps on stage. The pair took the stage to the tune of ‘Lunchkostava,’ a hit Telugu song from the film ‘Amma Nanna O Tamila Ammai’ that starred Ravi Teja and Asin.


Rajamouli donned a light blue sherwani for the wedding while his wife perfectly complemented him in a traditional royal blue and black saree. 






To compliment SS Rajamouli on his dancing skills, fans wasted no time pouring their adulation onto social media.


In a comment section, one person wrote, "SS Rajamouli dance rock and Mahesh Babu shock," while another user said, “SS Rajamouli proved that he is a best dancer as well.”


One fan also commented, “South ka director bhi acche Dance krta hai. Gajab.” 


Prior to this, a dancing video starring SS Rajamouli and his wife Rama has surfaced online.  Earlier, the couple's dance to ‘Andamaina Premarani’ from 'Premikudu' went viral, garnering a lot of appreciation from their followers.






SS Rajamouli's Next Project


In other news, SS Rajamouli is now working on his next highly awaited film, which stars Mahesh Babu and is tentatively named SSMB29. Priyanka Chopra is reportedly one of many potential actors in this massive production, which is said to begin shooting in January 2025.


he screenplay for the film has been completed by the renowned screenwriter Vijayendra Prasad, who is also Rajamouli's father, after two years of preparation. According to insiders, the film will be an action-packed adventure that will take influence from the legendary Indiana Jones films.


Although the whole cast and crew has not been announced yet, there have been rumours that Mahesh Babu's role may be modelled by Hindu mythological figure Lord Hanuman.
