The action-packed entertainer has indeed arrived as a storm that doesn't seem to settle down. From its high-octane action sequences to its amazing story, has made the film rule the box office not just in India but globally as well.

'Salaar' made Rs 12.60 crore in Hindi on the eleventh day. So far, the entire amount collected domestically has shot up to Rs 495.30 crore, while the amount collected overseas has increased to Rs 149.50 crore.

Salaar's global revenue at the box office have gotten closer to Prabhas's second-highest global grosser to date, SS Rajamouli's historical epic 'Baabubali: The Beginning' (2015), which has made Rs 650 crore worldwide. 'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion' (2017), the film's sequel, is Prabhas' highest grossing worldwide, taking in an incredible Rs 1788 crore.

The review of the film on ABP Live reads: The story revolves around two friends turned foes, Deva and Vardha. Another significant character is Tatto. The film is set in a fictional place Khansar, a place inhabited by criminals. The film unfolds from 'Ugram' to 'KGF' (director Prashanth Neel's previous films), leading up to the interval, which may leave you somewhat disengaged. However, post-interval, the main action begins, with every scene filled with action sequences. Director Prashant Neel's world starts giving you a reminiscent feel of the grandeur seen in Baahubali.

Hombale Films, Salaar: Part 1: Ceasefire features Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and Jagapathi Babu. Made under the direction of Prashanth Neel, the film was produced by Vijay Kiragandur and is now released in cinemas.
