The teaser introduces Ram Charan’s character as an easy-going individual — until his anger surfaces. The scenes that follow reveal multiple intense fight sequences, offering a glimpse into Ram’s various looks, including a youthful college student, a sharp professional in formal attire, and a traditional man in a white dhoti, hinting that he might be portraying three distinct roles. The teaser closes with Ram’s character remarking on his unpredictable nature, while Kiara and other cast members make brief appearances.

Though director Shankar couldn’t attend the Lucknow event, he posted a message on X (formerly Twitter), saying, “Hey Lucknow! I’ll miss you today as I’m still in Chennai editing to bring #GameChanger to the screens and fans by Sankranti 2025! Hope you enjoy today’s teaser launch with our beloved stars and team! I will see you very soon…”

About Game Changer

'Game Changer' reunites Ram Charan and Kiara Advani after their previous film 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama' (2019). Though the film didn’t perform well at the box office, their on-screen chemistry was a hit, and fans have been eager to see them team up once more. Set against a backdrop of electoral politics, Game Changer follows the journey of an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, with further plot details remaining under wraps.

The film, announced in 2021, marks Shankar’s first Telugu-language project. Alongside Ram and Kiara, the film’s cast includes Anjali, Samuthirakani, SJ Suryah, Srikanth, Prakash Raj, and Sunil. The movie is set to release in theaters on January 10, 2025, coinciding with Sankranti.

Thaman S has composed the music for the film. Two songs, Jaragandi and Raa Macha Macha, have already been released, receiving mixed reactions from audiences. The film is set for a multi-language release across all South Indian languages and Hindi.

Ram Charan's upcoming projects

Ram Charan also has two major untitled projects in the pipeline, directed by Buchi Babu Sana and Sukumar. Kiara Advani, meanwhile, is working on 'War 2' in Hindi and a Kannada film titled 'Toxic'.
