Shehnaaz Gill To Feature In Rhea Kapoor's Film After Salman Khan's 'Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali'
Shehnaaz Gill also gained popularity for her role in Diljit Dosanjh and Sonam Bajwa starrer 'Honsla Rakh'.
New Delhi: Shehnaaz Gill, who is all set to make her Bollywood debut alongside Salman Khan in Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali', has another film in the pipeline. Shehnaaz became an overnight sensation with her participation in the reality TV show 'Bigg Boss 13'. According to TOI, the actress will now be working with Sonam Kapoor's sister Rhea Kapoor who is also a producer.
As per TOI, Rhea Kapoor's husband Karan Boolani will be helming the film. The film will also star Anil Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar and will be a modern take on relationships.
“Like Rhea’s previous film Veere Di Wedding (2018), her upcoming movie is also a women-oriented subject. Shehnaaz is the latest to join the cast of the film, which is slated to go on floors by the end of this month. This film will see Shehnaaz in a different avatar," a source close to the publication was quoted as saying.
Meanwhile, Shehnaaz is already shooting for 'Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali' The film is being helmed by Farhad Samji and stars Pooja Hegde, Raghav Juyal and Siddharth Nigam among others.
Shehnaaz Gill also gained popularity for her role in Diljit Dosanjh and Sonam Bajwa starrer 'Honsla Rakh'.
Shehnaaz has also been invited to various reality shows like 'Dance Deewane', 'Hunarbaaz: Desh Ki Shaan' and 'Bigg Boss 14' and 'Bigg Boss 15' thanks to her popularity.
Recently, Shehnaaz also won a style icon award at a style awards function organized by a leading publication.
