RRR OTT Release In Coming Week. Makers Share Exclusive New Trailer Of Ram Charan, Jr NTR Starrer
According to latest industry trends, 'RRR' is the third-highest grossing Indian film after SS Rajamouli's 'Baahubali 2' and Prashanth Neel's 'KGF Chapter 2'.
New Delhi: SS Rajamouli's 'RRR' will now have an OTT release. Makers of the film shared the announcement on their social media handle and also cut out an exclusive trailer of the Ram Charan, Jr. NTR starrer before its OTT release. 'RRR' will release on 20th May, an official statement said.
'RRR' is a period-action film which also stars Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt. The film released on 25th March and entered the coveted Rs 1000 crores club within 16 days of release, TOI reported.
The official OTT partner, ZEE5 shared the release announcement on its official Twitter handle along with the trailer of 'RRR'. "Brace yourself to watch the World digital premiere of SS Rajamouli's magnum opus #RRR for the first time ever on #ZEE5 in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada & Malayalam with English subtitles. Available on TVOD from May 20," ZEE5 India's tweet read.
ZEE5's Telugu channel also shared 'RRR's release announcement on their social media.
'RRR' is a fictional period drama revolving around two Indian freedom fighters- Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem.
It fictionalized their histories and created a grand spectacle that has been appreciated in all its aspects. Critics and fans have appreciated RRR's cinematography, design, screenplay, performances, music and much more.
