New Delhi: Actor, director and producer Raj Kapoor is regarded as one of the greatest showmen in the history of Indian cinema. He started his career at the age of ten in the 1935 film ‘Inquilab’. In 1947, he then starred opposite Madhubala in the film ‘Neel Kamal’. This move boosted his career and since then, there was no stopping for him as he went to receive several awards and accolades. He was born to Prithviraj Kapoor, the pioneer of Indian theatre and the Hindi film industry.
