The popular show 'Kota Factory' is returning for its third season on Netflix starting June 20. Jitendra Kumar, who plays the role of Jeetu Bhaiya, is all set to reprise his role in season 3. The series stars Jitendra Kumar, Mayur More, Ranjan Raj, Alam Khan, Ahsaas Channa, Revathi Pillai, and Urvi Singh. In the new season, Tillotama Shome has also joined the cast.

In an interview with Radio Nasha, Jitendra talked about the upcoming season and how the narrative will change in this part. The actor says the new season will delve into the 'dark reality of Kota'.

“Basically, kahani shuru hui thi ki ek student aur teacher ke beech ke relationships kya hote hai, kaise ek teacher bohot personal level pe jaake students ki help kar raha hai. Wahan se kahani shuru hui, and we went into the dark reality of Kota. Wahan pe humlog kaise education ko apne life se connect kar lete hai ki agar education theek nahi hui ya hume particular cheez nahi mili education mein toh humari life mein kuch nahi hoga. Wo jo galat connection hai usko dikhane ki koshish ki hai aage ke seasons mein (The story began with exploring the relationships between a student and a teacher, showing how a teacher goes to a personal level to help students. From there, the story started, and we delved into the dark reality of Kota. It shows how we connect education to our lives in such a way that if our education doesn’t go well or we don't get something specific from it, we feel like nothing will happen in our lives. We tried to highlight this incorrect connection in the subsequent seasons),” the actor said.

“Acha lagta hai ki main aise show ka part hun jahan inn muddon pe baat ho rahi hai. Bohot sensitive tarike se usko handle kar rahe hai. Of course, ek show hai wo engaging bhi hona chahiye aisa nahi sirf ki mudde pe hi baatein hoti chali gayi aur entertain nahi kiya. Jo Season 3 hai wo bohot hi acha mixture hai ki aapko engage bhi karta hai, aapko characters ki kahani bhi batata hai plus jo important mudde hai unpe bhi baatein karta rehta hai (I feel good being part of a show where these issues are discussed. They are being handled very sensitively. Of course, it's a show, so it also needs to be engaging; it shouldn’t just keep talking about issues without providing entertainment. Season 3 strikes a very good balance by engaging you, telling the characters' stories, and continuing to address important issues),” he added.

The first season of ‘Kota Factory' released in 2019 on TVF Play and YouTube, and in 2021, Netflix India picked it up for a second season. The series has stood out because of its emotionally charged storyline, which is supported by boldly inventive cinematography and evocative sound design.
