While his ex-lover Katrina recently moved in to a flat on rent after break-up, Ranbir Kapoor went a step ahead. The dashing dude of Bollywood recently bought a huge apartment in Pali Hill and spend a whooping 35 crores on it! Yes, you heard that right RK junior spent Rs 35 crore on his new home! According to a report in TOI, Ranbir has paid as much as 1.42 lakh per square feet, which is recorded as the highest transaction in the suburbs in Mumbai. The massive 2,460 sq ft flat is on the seventh floor of Vastu Pali Hill, that comes with two parking slots and is also close to the Kapoors' Krishna Raj bungalow.
