Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas made their relationship official after having a traditional roka ceremony in Mumbai on August 18. The two lovebirds also threw an engagement party which was attended by the likes of Parineeti Chopra, Alia Bhatt, Arpita Khan Sharma, Aayush Sharma and Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Speculations are rife that PeeCee and Nick would tie the knot in Los Angeles in October. The question on everyone’s mind is-‘Will Priyanka’s bestie Meghan Markle attend her wedding?’ A report in a website suggested that the Duchess of Sussex is ‘very excited’ for her BFF Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas. “Everyone is very happy and they are definitely a great match,” an insider told E! News. The two actresses have been close friends since 2015 and they bonded quite well while shooting for their shows ‘Quantico’ and ‘Suits’ in Cananda.  It was also said that our ‘Desi’ girl also introduced Nick Jonas to the royal couple. Priyanka Chopra had attended Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s royal wedding earlier this year. The ‘Bajirao Mastani’ actress had penned down an emotional note for the couple and said that their marriage stood for change and hope.
Considering, Piggy Chops attended the royal wedding, fans are hoping to see Meghan and her husband Prince Harry in attendance when Priyanka and Nick get hitched. A report in People.com had earlier stated that Meghan had been forbidden from posing for selfies but there is no rule which doesn’t allow her to attend a close friend’s wedding ceremony. Talking about Priyanka and Nick, the two celebs visited an orphanage in Mumbai, a day after their roka ceremony. NickYanka, as fondly called by fans, interacted with the kids and the ‘Jealous’ singer even sang a song for them.
