When 13-year-old Sridevi played STEP-MOTHER to 25-year-old Rajinikanth in a film!
In a major jolt to the Bollywood industry, legendary actress Sridevi passed away on Saturday (24th February) night[READ HERE...]. The 54-year-old actress died of cardiac arrest in Dubai. Sridevi made her acting debut at the age of four in the devotional film 'Thunaivan' & in her career of 5o years she played almost all kind of roles. But did you know that she had even played the role of Rajinikanth's mother very early in her career. She played 25-year-old Rajinikanth’s step mother onscreen when she was just 13 years old in the film 'Moondru Mudichu'.

Coming back to Sridevi's untimely death, her mortal remains will reach India today (26th February), said the official spokesperson of producer and late Sridevi's husband Boney Kapoor.
She is survived by her husband Boney Kapoor and two daughters- Janhvi and Khushi.
