Vicky Kaushal Reviews Wifey Katrina Kaif's Latest Film 'Merry Christmas', Says 'So Proud Of You'
Vicky Kaushal gave his thoughts on 'Merry Christmas,' the new film starring Katrina Kaif, his wife.
New Delhi: Katrina Kaif's new film ‘Merry Christmas’ was released today and is sure to captivate moviegoers. National award-winning filmmaker Sriram Raghavan helmed the film. For the first time, she is sharing a screen with Vijay Sethupathi. Before the film's theatrical release today, Katrina had a private screening in Mumbai for celebs. Vicky Kaushal praised the film, calling it Katrina's greatest work yet. Vijay Sethupathi was also highly praised in his lengthy Instagram note.
By posting a still from Merry Christmas featuring Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal gushed about his wife's and Vijay Sethupathi's acting. The actor wrote, “#MerryChristmas everyone! So freaking proud of you love for how beautifully you have surrendered yourself to Sriram Sir’s masterful storytelling and to the complexities of ‘Maria’… her rawness, her mystery, her magic… all done with such honesty and nuance! ‘Merry Christmas’ follows the tragic tale of two complete strangers, Albert (played by Vijay) and Maria (Katrina Kaif), who meet by chance and find themselves entangled in a web of misfortune. Cast members include Radhika Apte, Katrina Kaif, Sanjay Kapoor, and Vijay Sethupathi. The Hindi and Tamil versions of the film have just hit cinemas.
