Sorry Folks! Vicky Kaushal & Katrina Kaif Are Not Engaged In Any 'Secret' Roka Ceremony

Mumbai: Bollywood stars Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal trended on social media after rumours about their ‘secret’ engagement surfaced on Wednesday (August 18) morning. While the alleged lovebirds have remained tight-lipped about their relationship, gossip mills suggested that they have got engaged in a roka ceremony.  

The rumours about their roka spread like wildfire on the internet, sending the fans into a tizzy. Vicky and Katrina’s ardent fans flooded their Instagram posts with congratulatory messages to wish the rumoured couple. Contrary to the speculations, the duo has not got engaged. Yes, you read that right! 

According to a report in Zoom, Katrina’s team has clarified that the two tinsel town stars have not exchanged rings. "There has been no Roka ceremony. She is leaving for Tiger 3 shoot soon," the spokesperson told the portal. 

Katrina Kaif’s Upcoming Films 

On the professional front, Katrina will be next seen in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Sooryavanshi’. The action drama co-starring Akshay Kumar has been delayed twice due to the COVID-19 crisis. She also has ‘Phone Bhoot’ in her kitty. The movie, which also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter, is expected to release next year. 

Earlier this month, Kaif announced her new film titled ‘Jee Le Zaraa’, which will be based on a road trip. The upcoming flick will also feature Alia Bhatt and Priyanka Chopra in lead roles.  

Katrina will soon commence the shoot for Salma Khan starrer ‘Tiger 3’, which is the third installment of ‘Tiger’ franchise. 

Vicky Kaushal’s Upcoming Films 

The ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’ star has a star-studded line-up of films. He will entertain the audience with movies like 'Sardar Udham Singh', 'Sam Bahadur', 'The Great Indian Family' and 'Mr. Lele'.
