Uorfi Javed Slams Kangana Ranaut's 'Muslim Actors, Hindu Actors' Tweet, Latter Says ‘Nation Divided In The Constitution’
Kangana Ranaut previously said that 'Pathaan' is profitable because Muslim actors are favoured in the nation.
New Delhi: Kangana Ranaut reacted to Uorfi Javed's criticism of her remark over her recent tweets about Shah Rukh Khan's movie 'Pathaan'. She has previously said that the spy flick is profitable because Muslim actors and the Khan clan are given preferential treatment in the nation.
The internet sensation Uorfi Javed reacted to the same tweet when she said that art should not be divided by religion.
In response to Uorfi's tweet, Kangana has now replied and said that, in an ideal world, that would be true. She also asked Narendra Modi's help in putting the Uniform Civil Code into effect.
"Yes my dear Uorfi that will be an ideal world but it’s not possible unless we have The Uniform Civil Code, till the time this nation is divided in the constitution itself it will remain divide, Let’s all demand Uniform Civil Code from Narendra Modi ji, in 2024 Manifesto. Shall we?" she tweeted.

Our Constitution's Directive Principles of State Policy, Article 44, defines the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) as a set of rules for civil matters. According to this, the government must ensure that a uniform civil code prevails across all of India's territory for the welfare of its residents.
Reacting to Kangana’s previous statement, Uorfi had tweeted,"Oh my gosh ! What is this division , Muslim actors, Hindu actors. Art is not divided by religion. There are only actors."
Twitter users also criticised the actor for using religion as a crutch and attacked her for picking on other actors.
When Kangana responded to a producer's tweet on the success of Shah Rukh Khan's 'Pathaan', the tweet thread started. Kangana recently announced her comeback to Twitter after having her account blocked in 2020 for breaking the social media platform's rules.
"Very good analysis… this country has only and only loved all Khans and at times only and only Khans…And obsessed over Muslim actresses, so it’s very unfair to accuse India of hate and fascism … there is no country like Bharat in the whole world," she wrote.

Kangana had earlier replied to a Twitter user who had reminded her that 'Dhakkad' was a box office failure, saying,“Yes, Dhakad was a historic flop, when did I deny this? This is SRK ji's first successful film in ten years, we also take inspiration from him, I hope we will also get a similar chance that India gave him. After all this India is great, it is generous, Jai Shri Ram.”
Haan ji Dhaakad bahut badi historic flop rahi hai, iss baat se maine kab mana kiya? SRK ji ki dus saal mein yeh pehli film chali hai,hum bhi unse prerna lete hain, ummeed hai jaise Bharat ne unko mauka diya humko bhi milega, after all yeh Bharat Mahan hai udar hai,Jai Shri Ram🚩
